Namaste, I’m Adarsh Chandra Sharma, a 47-year-old leading yoga teacher with expertise in yoga darshan, alignment, meditation, pranayama, and yoga asanas and more also. With 18 years of yoga experience, I’ve connected with over 600 individuals globally.
Yoga is my passion, and my soul. My every endeavor is dedicated to promoting yoga. My guru, Shri Buddhi Prakash Ji, disciple of Swami Mahesh Yogi (The Netherlands), inspired me to spread yoga principles globally.
In 2013, we established Prakash Yoga Seva School, but it ceased operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, we’ve re-established ourselves as Sanskar Yoga School, with a new team and improved services.
We’ve specially designed meditation classes in serene valleys, ensuring optimal results. Our experienced teachers are adept at sharing their knowledge. Our Ayurveda classes are led by an unparalleled expert.
